International Liberation Army: Leadership - ILA

Our spy satellite picked up an uplink from one of our moles planted deep inside the ILA head quarters. Our agent was able to capture a quick snapshot of an ILA meeting in progress. The resolution is poor, so we are still at a loss as to what the real faces are behind this organization.

We have been promised another clearer shot in the coming days. Even a simple sketch will be enough. to help us figure out who the real rogues are. We are keeping all channels open.
